Dacă tot e zi liberă, să ne relaxăm... Un ceai cald, ceva muzică... Brrr, termometrele afară arată -24 de grade... La cum arată geamul cu flori de gheață pe el nu prea îți vine să ieși afară...Zăpăcitul de Marcelo (doar suntem amândoi scorpioni) vrea să facă poze afară doar cu steagul național pe el... De ce n-aș face și eu? Doar că eu mă încumet să ies în picioarele goale. Să știți, deși pare incredibil, zăpada e mai caldă decât temperatura de afară.
Câțiva colegi au plecat mai de dimineață pe Kiilopää, eu nu merg cu ei fiindcă abia am fost acum trei zile. Și la cum pare să fie acolo sus...

A few colleagues left earlier to Kiilopää, I don't go with them because I've been there three days ago. And it seems to be very cold up there...
Pe la 14.30 nu mai suport. Trebuie să ies puțin pe afară, măcar așa pentru 15-20 de minute. Mă îmbrac bine și pașii mă duc pe lângă cabanele Aurora la drumul principal. Trec drumul și intru pe traseul de snowmobil paralel cu drumul. Lumina este așa de caldă și vie că vârfurile copacilor par să ”ardă”. Poate dacă ar fi aceeași temperatură cu plus! Merg la stânga spre Kakslauttanen, nu vine nici un motor și am surpriza unor culori extrem de faine chiar la ieșirea din pădure. Ăsta e motivul pentru care am ieșit!
I can't stand anymore around 14.30. I have to go out at least for 15-20 minutes. I dress well and my steps take me beside Aurora cabins to the main road. I cross the road and enter on the snowmobile track. The light is so warm that the tips of the trees seem to "burn". Maybe with the same temperature but "plus"! I go to left to Kakslauttanen, no engine is coming and I have the surprise of some amazing colors at the exit of the forest. This is the reason for going out!
Și de unde să vezi mai bine culorile spre sud decât de pe drumul de deasupra campingului? Deci acolo merg. Adevărul e că dacă stai pe loc la temperaturile astea îngheți instant :)! Tot felul de unghiuri, tot felul de panorame... Când ajung la traseul de snowmobil spre dreapta văd trei reni prin pădure. Mă opresc să nu îi sperii, ei ies în drum înaintea barierei, trec drumul și se opresc ceva mai jos să caute în zăpadă. Cred că e a nu știu câta oară când văd reni și sunt la fel de încântat de prezența lor... Mulțumit de întrevedere și de culori mă îndrept spre casă. Mai fac o pauză pe la prietenii de la Kakslauttanen și pe la 16.00 ajung acasă.
And where can you see the colors better than the road above the camping? So I go there. The truth is that if you stand, you freeze instantly :)! All kind of angles, all kind of panoramic views... When I reach the snowmobile track to right I see three reindeers in the forest. I stop for not frighting them, they go to the road before the barrier, pass the road and stop lower to search for food in the snow. I think I saw reindeers for the thousand time and I am happy all the time with their presence... Happy for the meeting and the colors... I turn back home with a break at my friends from Kakslauttanen and reach home around 16.00.
Mai pe seară vin și colegii de pe Kiilopää și ne povestesc senzațiile trăite acolo. Probabil -35 cu vânt! Cam pe la 19.30 verific termometrul și arată...

Mai pe seară Alysson va pleca la autobuz (am spus acum câteva zile că pleacă și a mai stat cu noi), îl conducem și ne bucurăm de încă o seară la foc (cu auroră deasupra).
